• 10–15 years of experience in Patient Services in biotech/pharma.
• Understanding of compliance regulations governing patient support, PV reporting, REMS.
• Ability to drive AI-enabled and tech solutions for operations.
• Proven track record of high performance across roles and companies.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and both verbal & written communication.
• Commitment to compliance and integrity in all activities.
• Office-based role requiring collaboration and problem solving during standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department efforts including PS Leadership Team planning, Change Management, annual meetings, budget oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance patient experience, efficiency, and scalability through technology.
• Oversee Patient Services Access Programs, reimbursement, affordability, and related foundations.
• Manage Patient Services Marketing and communications, aligning strategy with business goals.
• Oversee Quality & Governance, ensuring proper SOPs, documentation, and adverse event tracking.
• Define the Patient Services AI roadmap and strengthen project governance and delivery.
