Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director of Oncology Patient Solutions Innovation Enablement to act as a strategic thought partner and operational lead for OPSA initiatives. You’ll align cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive training on patient solutions priorities to accelerate oncology initiatives.

You will lead strategic planning with OPSA, coordinate with Marketing, Commercial Brand, and Medical teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including influencing peers, coaching others, and guiding teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with executives.
• Strong project management, strategic and tactical planning skills.
• Experience with data, reporting, and analytics to drive strategy.
• Experience leading in a matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner and operational lead to OPSA Enablement Lead and Head of Oncology Patient Solutions Innovation.
• Identify and prioritize major projects and resources to advance OPSA priorities.
• Coordinate with enablement and leadership teams to align strategy, marketing, and outcomes.
• Lead Patient Solutions strategic planning and budget management across teams.
• Develop training plans for customer-facing and HQ colleagues on patient solutions priorities.
• Lead OPSA FBSTs and collaborate on congress strategy and execution.
• Track metrics and translate data into leadership-ready communications.
