Job summary

Neighbor is hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition across our marketplace and scale revenue at efficient returns. You’ll lead a three-person paid performance team and partner with the Data team on attribution, managing budgets and ROAS targets.

This role is hands-on and strategic, responsible for testing across Meta, Google, and offline channels, plus funnel optimization and forecasting. You’ll drive growth at a high-growth marketplace disrupting a $500B industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience at a high-growth brand or agency.
• Proven P&L impact with multi-million annual paid media budgets.
• Deep Meta Ads expertise with high-volume testing.
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, attribution, and testing.
• Experience leading or mentoring paid media buyers, and moving fast with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end for renter and host demand, with ROAS accountability.
• Steer accounts: audience, bidding, budgets, pacing, and optimizations.
• Set channel strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; scale winners.
