Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition for a ground-up growth phase in San Francisco. You will own campaigns from scratch across Meta Ads with Google Ads as a secondary driver, building full-funnel structures in a lean, fast-paced team.

You will manage budgets in ad managers, run tests, analyze data in GA4 and PostHog, and optimize CAC weekly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct, hands-on performance marketing experience with deep, proven expertise in Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Manage and scale daily operations within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Testing & Optimization: Design, launch, and evaluate creative, copy, and audience tests to optimize conversion rates and CAC.
• Data & Attribution: Leverage GA4, PostHog, CAPI, and custom UTM parameters to track full-funnel performance and make data-driven budget allocation decisions.
• Continuous System Improvement: Identify friction points across the user acquisition journey and refine growth loops weekly.
