Qualifications

• 6–8 years in social content or related field.
• Experience building organic channel growth.
• Ability to script concepts and direct production partners.
• Strong editorial and writing judgement.
• Comfort with data and qualitative signals.

Responsibilities

• Build Scribd's organic social channels from the ground up (YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Design repeatable formats and a channel architecture to scale.
• Own the integrated content calendar across organic channels.
• Coordinate with campaigns and community management for brand voice.
• Concept, script content, and brief production partners through all stages.
• Manage creator talent, contracts, and usage rights end-to-end.
• Deliver monthly performance readouts to leadership and optimize formats.
