Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Lead to build our organic social channels from the ground up, starting with YouTube and LinkedIn. This hands-on senior role will define strategy, formats, and the creator program, then execute with production partners and in-house teams.

You'll own the content calendar, manage producers, and work across teams to ensure a consistent voice and compelling storytelling across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in social content, organic channel growth, or content production.
• Proven track record of creating content that attracts new audiences.
• Ability to write concepts and scripts and direct production partners.
• Strong editorial and writing judgment.
• Experience with analytics and platform-native insights.

Responsibilities

• Define channel strategy and publishing plans for organic social.
• Develop repeatable formats and the channel architecture for Scribd.
• Own the integrated content calendar across organic social channels.
• Coordinate with campaign and community management to ensure consistent voice.
• Brief and manage production partners through pre-production, shoot, and post.
• Source, brief, and manage creators end-to-end, including rights and usage.
