Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Lead to build our organic channels from scratch, starting with YouTube and LinkedIn. You’ll design repeatable formats, shape the creator program, and own the content calendar in a hands-on senior role.

You'll drive channel strategy, production, and creator activations, balancing data with storytelling while partnering with brand design, legal, and analytics to grow audience. This role requires 6–8 years of experience and a bold vision.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in social content or growth, with hands-on production.
• Proven record of building audience and changing perception.
• You write concepts and scripts and direct production partners.
• Defend non‑data-driven calls with clear rationale.
• Experience sourcing and managing creators, including contracts.
• Strong editorial and writing judgment.
• Proficient in Sprout Social or similar analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define channel strategy and publish repeatable formats for owned social.
• Lead concepting, scripting, and on‑set direction with production partners.
• Manage creator activations end to end, from outreach to rights.
• Track performance, build dashboards, and report insights monthly.
