Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Lead to build our organic social channels from the ground up, starting with YouTube and LinkedIn. This senior, hands-on role will refine strategy, design repeatable formats, and lead production with in-house teams and external partners.

Six to eight years in social content is preferred, with a track record of growing channels and driving creator collaborations. Expect a hybrid work model with in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in social content, organic growth, or content production.
• You write your own concepts and scripts and direct production partners.
• Strong editorial and writing judgment.
• Able to balance quantitative data with qualitative signals.

Responsibilities

• Define channel strategy and publish a repeatable formats slate.
• Own the integrated content calendar across organic social channels.
• Brief and manage production partners through pre‑production to final cut.
• Source, brief, and manage creators end-to-end, including rights and usage.
