Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Lead to build our organic social channels from the ground up, starting with YouTube and LinkedIn. This senior role designs repeatable formats, channels' architecture, and the creator program, then executes on strategy with hands-on production leadership.

You will develop concepts, scripts, and briefs, manage production partners, and own performance dashboards, with a strong emphasis on data-driven storytelling and growth across channels.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in social content, organic growth, or production.
• Built content that attracted new audiences and changed perception.
• Wrote concepts and scripts, directed production partners.
• Can justify decisions with data and audience signals.
• Sourced and managed creators, including pricing and rights.
• Strong editorial and writing judgment.
• Proficient in Sprout Social and analytics tools.
• Bonus: experience in media, publishing, or creator economy.
• Bonus: exposure to paid social and integration with organic.

Responsibilities

• Refine Scribd’s social channel purpose, audience, and formats.
• Design repeatable formats and build channel architecture.
• Own and coordinate the integrated organic content calendar.
