Job summary

Calvis Inc. in Austin is seeking a senior operations leader to keep the trains running across teams, acting as the workflow conduit between departments and holding both individuals and functions accountable.

You will rework how Ops runs, partner with the COO, build scalable processes to onboard and retain guards and agencies, and develop metrics that drive margin while increasing value delivered to clients and guards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in tech/ops.
• Defined processes from scratch with accountability to metrics.
• Experience in startup environments; ability to adapt in offline/real-world contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to articulate root causes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, can handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Keep trains running across teams and act as the workflow conduit between departments, holding individuals and departments accountable.
• Help the supply team increase value to agencies and become a trusted partner, not just another client on the roster.
• Build out functionality and processes to bring on net-new guards and retain existing ones.
• Drive quality beyond basics and measure guard performance against AI-coached protocols.
• Grow and strengthen the agency network and build lightweight, high-ROI training for app usage across agencies and guards.
• Own the metrics that matter: CSAT, service levels, supply vs. demand, and evolving dashboards.
