This hunter role combines outbound business development with compliance vetting and account growth. You will build target agency profiles, verify state licensing and insurances, negotiate partnerships, and ensure smooth onboarding for first Calvis shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in business development, sales, recruiting/sourcing, or partnerships
• Outbound hunter with pipeline ownership and closing experience
• Ability to read licensing, insurance, and compliance docs
• Data-driven; comfortable using dashboards to prioritize market gaps
• High ownership and end-to-end partner onboarding in Austin

Responsibilities

• Source against demand by identifying and pursuing licensed security agencies where Calvis has unmet customer demand
• Enrich and qualify target agency profiles (guard count, licensing, insurance, systems)
• Vet and sign partnerships by verifying licensing, insurance, and capabilities and negotiating terms
• Own onboarding end-to-end from first touch to activation for new agencies
