Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Head of Operations to run the company daily in a fully remote setup for US clients. The role sits at the integrator level, with the founder setting the vision and you making it happen, across sales, recruiting, delivery, and marketing.

You will manage four department leads, shape the weekly rhythm, and be accountable for profit and delivery margins, vendor terms, and client contracts, while developing leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-functional teams with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and vendor terms.
• Clear, decisive communicator to four department leads and the founder.

• Oversee four department leads, their numbers, development and reviews.
• Manage weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and tradeoffs.
• Own profit metrics and margin on delivery; determine client contracts and terms.
