Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Operations to run the company day to day in a remote setting for US clients. You will oversee four department leads, manage the weekly rhythm and quarterly priorities, and hold profit and delivery margins.

You’ll steer commercial conversations, vendor terms, and client contracts. You will coach emerging operators into true leaders, and make day-to-day decisions that align with the founder’s vision while pushing growth from forty to one hundred

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple functions with P&L responsibility.
• Track record of coaching and developing leaders.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and terms with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the week, priorities, and rhythm across four department leads.
• Own profit metrics, margins on delivery, and intake decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations on client contracts and vendor terms.
