Job summary

Heritage Imaging seeks a VP of Operations Excellence to lead enterprise-wide workforce scheduling, demand planning, and service-operations strategy. You will own Skedulo and MaintainX platforms, drive adoption and ROI across all locations, and partner with IT to scale processes for growth.

This role reports to executive leadership and requires up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in field service leadership, multi-site experience, and a proven record of building scalable service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in field service operations or related discipline.
• Experience owning enterprise software platforms (e.g., Skedulo, MaintainX) from a business perspective.
• Proven track record building and scaling service strategy across a distributed organization.
• Experience leading demand planning and S&OP in a multi-site service business.
• Experience managing through leaders (regional managers/directors).
• Strong analytical and change-management skills; KPI setting and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce scheduling, resource planning, and operational excellence across Heritage locations.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve labor utilization and service delivery.
• Own Skedulo and MaintainX platform strategy, adoption and ROI.
• Partner with IT and operations leaders to scale systems supporting growth.
• Set strategic direction for Heritage's service organization and lead regional teams.
• Establish and monitor service KPIs, standards, and governance.
