Job summary

Heritage Imaging seeks a VP of Operations Excellence to drive workforce scheduling, demand planning, S&OP, and service strategy across our Northwest locations. You will own core platforms Skedulo and MaintainX and set the enterprise-wide operational direction.

The role collaborates with IT and regional leaders to scale systems, establish KPIs, and improve labor utilization, technician productivity, and service delivery. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in field service operations or similar.
• Proven track record owning enterprise software platforms (e.g., Skedulo, MaintainX, or FSM/CMMS) from a business perspective.
• Experience leading demand planning and S&OP in a multi-site service business.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide workforce scheduling, resource planning, and operational excellence initiatives across all Heritage locations.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve labor utilization, technician productivity, and service delivery consistency.
• Own Skedulo and MaintainX platform strategy, adoption, optimization, and ROI.
• Partner with IT and operational leaders to scale systems and processes for growth.
• Set strategic direction for Heritage's service organization and lead regional teams.
• Establish and monitor service KPIs, governance, and standards across the org.
• Lead demand planning and S&OP processes to align staffing with forecasted demand.
• Improve new customer onboarding efficiency and revenue forecast accuracy.
• Drive utilization and growth through quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, equipment uptime, and service performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting strategic growth.
