Human Capital Solutions, Inc. is seeking a VP of Production Planning & Scheduling to build and modernize the planning function across multiple manufacturing facilities.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on creating scalable processes, deploying technology, and aligning schedules with customer commitments and capacity.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in production planning in manufacturing, multi-site experience, and strong ERP/MRP exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive production planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing
• Multi-site manufacturing experience
• Experience implementing or significantly improving planning/scheduling systems
• Strong ERP/MRP and capacity planning experience
• MTO/ETO or complex manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling, capacity planning and backlog management across multiple facilities
• Implement and optimize planning/scheduling technology and ERP integration
• Standardize planning processes and improve production visibility
• Align production schedules with customer commitments, capacity and business priorities
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team
