Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead cross-functional execution of oncology development programs. You will partner with Global Project Leads to translate strategy into an integrated program plan across indications, harmonizing timelines and dependencies.

You will oversee a network of Project Managers, optimize the critical path, and drive executive-ready scenarios for governance. A strong background in oncology programs and PMP/PgMP is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in biopharmaceutical/biotechnology industries with cross-functional R&D project management leadership.
• Guided projects through full development lifecycle, regulatory approvals, and commercial launch.
• Experience delivering late-stage programs and familiarity with major Health Authority filings (NDA/BLA/MAA).
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology development programs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated program plans across multiple indications.
• Coordinate multiple Project Managers and sub-teams to align milestones and deliverables.
• Influence Core Teams across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Medical, and Commercial functions to meet commitments.
• Own risk management, proactive mitigation, and governance across planning platforms (Planisware/Smartsheet).
• Communicate milestones, trade-offs, and risks to executive leadership.
