Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead cross-functional oncology development programs, acting as the COO of the asset. You will partner with Global Project Lead, harmonize timelines across indication sub-teams, and drive risk mitigation and governance across Planisware and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Experience in biopharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with cross-functional R&D project leadership.
• Proven ability to guide projects through full drug development lifecycle, including regulatory filings and launch.
• Experience leading oncology development programs (targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, or biologics).
• Ability to manage a single program across multiple indications with matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset strategy and execution as COO of the asset.
• Prepare executive governance materials for leadership review.
• Direct and align multiple Project Managers across indication sub-teams.
• Harmonize timelines and dependencies; optimize critical path delivery.
• Maintain data integrity across Planisware and Smartsheet for milestones and resources.
• Lead risk management and mitigation across the program; drive decision-ready scenarios.
