Qualifications

• Extensive drug development project management experience in biopharma.
• Direct line management experience of PM professionals.
• Proven record delivering molecules from Phase 1 to global launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead oncology PM team across Phase 1 to global launch.
• Coach PMs to identify critical path dependencies and risks.
• Drive governance preparation and data‑driven decision making.
• Oversee budgets and capacity planning for multi‑million dollar programs.
