Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Project Manager (PM) to lead cross-functional Core Teams across oncology programs. You will partner with Project Leads to translate strategy into executable development plans, manage timelines, risks, and budgets, and prepare governance materials for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes strategic operational leadership, scenario planning, and executive communication, with a focus on accelerating medicines to patients while maintaining data integrity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field required.
Advanced degree strongly preferred (PhD/PharmD/MS/MBA).
PMP/PgMP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Core Teams through full lifecycle of oncology development programs.
Develop integrated development plans and executive governance materials.
Compress timelines and optimize budgets, resources, and risk management.
