Acting as the COO of the project, you will guide cross-functional core teams through the full drug development lifecycle, driving alignment, timelines, and risk management without direct authority. The role emphasizes executive communication, scenario planning, budget oversight, and governance-ready recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with cross-functional R&D project leadership.
• Proven track record in oncology development programs (targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, or biologics).
• Ability to distill complex timelines and risks into executive summaries.

• Provide strategic operational leadership as COO of the project.
• Foster high-performing, cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
• Lead cross-functional Core Teams without direct line authority to hit milestones.
• Compress cycle times and optimize timelines across late-stage development.
• Maintain a single source of truth for timelines, risks, budgets, and FTE resources.
• Own dynamic program risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Develop scenario planning and trade-off analyses for governance decisions.
• Oversee budgets and external contract spend with Finance and Resource Management.
• Deliver concise executive communications and memos for governance committees.
