W3Global Inc. is seeking a senior leader to architect and drive an OEM growth strategy across a scalable contract manufacturing platform focused on precision sheet metal fabrication and welding.

This role will span multiple facilities, develop repeatable OEM acquisition playbooks, and collaborate with operations to ensure manufacturability and margin alignment. The position promises uncapped upside through performance-based incentives and strategic growth across acquisitions.

Formación

• 15+ years in contract manufacturing sales.
• Deep experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
• Machining experience a strong plus.
• Proven success acquiring and scaling OEM accounts.
• Experience operating within multi site or roll up manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong strategic and operational alignment capability.
• Candidates without direct contract manufacturing experience will not be considered.

Our client is building a scalable contract manufacturing platform focused on precision sheet metal fabrication and welding.

We are seeking a senior OEM growth leader to develop and prove a repeatable OEM acquisition strategy within our current operation, then expand that model across future acquired facilities.

This role is not limited to one plant. It is designed to build a scalable OEM growth engine.

The Mandate

• Develop and execute OEM penetration strategy within our existing fabrication operation
• Secure high value OEM partnerships aligned with our technical capabilities

• Collaborate with operations to ensure manufacturability and margin alignment
