Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant construction experience (GC or Developer).
• Strong ground-up multifamily or mixed-use project background.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale construction as #1 on-site or portfolio lead.
• Experience with permitting, development financial analysis, due diligence and entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through turnover.
• Oversee general contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Own project schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
• Partner with development and executive teams to align construction with goals.
• Scale the internal construction function over time.
