Qualifications

• 10+ years in the construction industry in roles such as Construction Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documents and property condition assessments to evaluate risks and provide feedback to the Loan Closing and Equity teams during due diligence.
• Monitor construction through completion to ensure conformance with approved documents and protect against faulty construction.
• Travel to on-site draw meetings as required and participate in kickoff meetings for new projects.
• Maintain extensive project documentation and records for internal use and distribution.
