Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant construction experience (GC or Developer).
• Strong ground-up multifamily or mixed-use project background.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale construction as #1 on-site or portfolio lead.
• Experience with permitting, development financial analysis, due diligence and entitlement.

MUST HAVE MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

A well-capitalized and respected real estate development firm is actively seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead execution on a series of upcoming ground-up multifamily projectsin Orange County.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Director to step into an executive-level role with direct influence over project delivery, strategy, and team growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all phases of construction across active multifamily developments—from preconstruction through turnover
• Oversee general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Own project schedule, budget, and quality outcomes
• Partner closely with development and executive teams to align construction with broader business goals
• Help scale the internal construction function over time

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience (GC or Developer)
• Strong ground-up multifamily or mixed-use project background
• Proven ability to lead large-scale construction efforts as the #1 on-site or portfolio lead
• Confident communicator and cross-functional team leader
• Experience with permitting, development financial analysis, due diligence and entitlement is required.
