Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior telemetry-minded sales leader to own new-business growth for its five J-1 brands. You will design and execute coherent GTM strategies, build a unified pipeline, and run sales operations to scale quickly across districts, networks, and schools.

You will also nurture partnerships with state education departments and third-party recruiters, while collaborating with product, compliance, and marketing to ensure quality and compliance at every step.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to exec leadership or a board.
• Comfort leading multi-brand GTM strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own new-business growth for five J-1 brands with distinct missions and service models.
• Build parallel sales motions across public, charter, and private schools and districts.
• Stand up sales operations, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM architecture.
• Develop a national partner network with state Departments of Education and recruiters.
• Collaborate with AI teams to shape predictive/generative tooling for sales.
