Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience in both full-service and fast-casual environments preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing P&L, and improving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards.
• Partner with General Managers to analyze financial results, operational KPIs, labor costs, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Coach and mentor General Managers and teams to cultivate leadership and support internal advancement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality standards and continuously enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and accessibility regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
