CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to shape and execute the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. This executive role leads architecture, platform engineering, automation, and production readiness for enterprise-scale cloud services.

The ideal candidate will drive roadmaps, establish governance, and partner with senior leaders to deliver secure, scalable, observable, and cost-efficient cloud foundations supporting Health100 and PCW programs.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management, architecture leadership or equivalent.
• 7+ years of deep engineering experience across GCP, AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation and reusable engineering patterns.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive security, observability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization from design through delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and reliable delivery across platforms.
