• 10+ years in marketing operations or growth operations with 5+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on expertise with modern marketing tech stack and data pipelines.
• Fluent SQL, ability to query, QA and troubleshoot data end‑to‑end.
• Proven success shipping AI/automation in production marketing workflows.
• Experience building analytics, attribution, and revenue linkage in SaaS.
