Job summary

interface.ai is seeking a Head of Marketing in San Francisco to own the full marketing function, with a strong emphasis on product marketing. You will craft positioning, lead GTM launches, enable the sales team, and drive demand across channels for a category-changing AI platform serving financial services.

You will build a small, senior team, partner with the CEO on pricing/roadmap decisions, and operate in a fast, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with deep product marketing ownership.
• Hands-on PMM work including positioning, messaging, launches, pricing, and analyst relations.
• Experience at a startup scaling (Series A–D) in AI/ CX-automation is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Define the category story and messaging for interface.ai and all products.
• Lead product marketing, GTM strategy, enablement, and adoption.
• Drive pipeline through demand generation and ABM across channels.
• Build and lead a small high-leverage marketing team and establish cadence.
