Asana is seeking a strategic, highly analytical leader to head Marketing Operations in San Francisco. You will guide growth ops, funnel ops, and martech initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Sales and Revenue to drive operational excellence and AI-driven transformation.

This role reports to senior leadership, builds and scales a global team, and uses data-driven insights to optimize lead routing, account coverage, and campaign performance within a hybrid, office-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader (VP or equivalent) in a high-growth B2B company.
• Highly analytical with ability to leverage data to set targets and measure impact.
• Proven cross-functional influencer able to drive consensus across Sales Operations, Revenue, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Experience building and scaling large global teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction, objectives, and OKRs for the global Marketing Operations team across inbound, outbound, digital marketing, and events.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations organization with alignment to sales and regional marketing.
• Use data-driven insights to diagnose bottlenecks and influence executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Demand Generation Systems to optimize the enterprise martech stack for velocity and quality of execution.
• Lead AI transformation programs across marketing and sales development operations.
• Optimize funnel operations to align lead routing, account coverage, and contact data with sales goals.
