Qualifications

• 10+ years in web development, marketing operations, growth marketing, or a technical digital marketing role in B2B.
• Deep marketing automation experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management, attribution, and reporting.
• Hands‑on paid B2B channel experience with LinkedIn and Google, including targeting, pacing, creative testing, and performance analysis.
• Hands‑on web development experience, including shipping production code, owning deployments, and optimizing performance.
• Experience building or working with AI agents or automation frameworks.
• Comfortable with APIs, prompt engineering, or orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the website’s technical health including Core Web Vitals, speed, accessibility, crawlability, redirects, and agency standards.
• Run technical SEO audits and resolve crawl and indexation issues.
• Build templates, modules, and tracking components for marketing teams to ship without developers.
• Own the analytics stack (GA4, GTM, Search Console) and the measurement plan.
• Drive organic strategy via keyword and topic strategy, on-page optimization, and information architecture.
• Lead AI Engine Optimization so Laurel surfaces in large language models.
• Build structured data and content architecture for LLM retrieval.
• Track AI-assisted visibility and resulting organic pipeline.
