Job summary

Pump.co is seeking an Head of Marketing in San Francisco to build and lead a full marketing function from the ground up. You will own brand, demand generation, content, and product marketing, driving a fast-growing company's growth and culture.

You will shape strategies, build a team across channels, and partner with Sales and GTM to optimize attribution, lead flow, and conversions, delivering measurable pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience building a marketing function at a startup
• Hands-on across demand gen and content; capable of building and executing the plan
• Marketing to engineers, platform teams, and CFOs
• Strong analytical skills; fluent with HubSpot and GA

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and pipeline targets.
• Build and lead a team across paid acquisition, SEO/AEO, content, product marketing, and brand.
• Sharpen Pump's positioning and messaging for technical and finance buyers.
• Launch campaigns, events, and product launches to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Partner with sales and GTM engineering on attribution, lead flow, and conversion.
• Report marketing performance to the CEO with clear metrics (CAC, pipeline sourced, channel conversion)
