Kaseya seeks a senior intelligence leader to own and drive our competitive and market intelligence, and Voice of Customer initiatives. You will partner with product and sales teams to translate insights into strategic decisions and roadmaps.

Reporting to the CMO, you will build a world-class intelligence function, guide data-driven churn and expansion models, and lead a high-impact team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in intelligence, analytics, or strategy.
• 3+ years leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Own competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and Voice of Customer programs.
• Partner with Data Science on churn and expansion models; lead a team.
• Report to the CMO and build a world-class intelligence function.
