Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Director of Market & Competitive Intelligence to lead a world-class intelligence function. You will report to the CMO and influence product marketing, revenue marketing, product management, sales, and leadership with actionable market and competitive insights.

You will build a unified understanding of customers, markets, competitors, buyer behavior, and opportunities, shaping pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, insights, analytics, product marketing, or corporate strategy.
• 3+ years leading intelligence, insights, analytics, research, or strategy teams or programs.
• B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred; IT management, cybersecurity, MSP/channel, or infrastructure software is a plus.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling an intelligence, insights, or analytics function.
• Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, Voice of Customer programs, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Kaseya's competitive intelligence program with profiles, battlecards, and early-warning systems.
• Lead market intelligence: TAM analysis, landscape assessments, and trend analysis.
• Develop enterprise Voice of Customer capability and win/loss programs.
• Design and maintain customer segmentation framework for GTM teams.
• Own measurement framework for marketing effectiveness and funnel conversion.
• Partner with Data Science on AI-enabled churn prediction and expansion propensity.
• Produce Executive Intelligence Reviews for leadership on market movements and opportunities.
• Embed insights into sales onboarding, training, and live deal support.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of analysts.
