Job summary

Kaseya Limited is seeking a Director of Customer Marketing Commercial to lead a multi-channel strategy that drives product adoption, renewals, retention, expansion revenue and long-term customer value. You will direct end-to-end campaigns through cross-functional partners, setting priorities, removing blockers and aligning timelines with outcomes.

Lead a high-performing team, define quarterly expansion plans, oversee webinars and enablement, and partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion-focused campaign management within B2B SaaS.
• 6+ years of experience with customer journeys, adoption frameworks and expansion motions.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of customer marketing professionals with accountability and high performance.
• Define and execute a quarterly expansion campaign plan focused on adoption, retention and incremental revenue growth.
• Provide strategic direction across all campaign stages: planning, segmentation, execution, optimization, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Lead a high-impact, multi-touch lifecycle marketing program across channels.
• Oversee a comprehensive customer webinar and enablement program with content strategy and scheduling.
• Partner with Product Marketing to shape expansion-focused content aligned to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to design, automate and measure nurture flows and attribution.
