Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Senior Competitive & Market Intelligence Manager to build and scale the intelligence capability that understands market directions, competitor evolution, and where WEKA can win. This hands-on role designs systems, tools, cadences, and feedback loops turning signals into trusted intelligence used to guide positioning, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.

You will synthesize signals into concise executive recommendations, partner with Product, Sales, Solutions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in competitive or market intelligence, product marketing, or related roles.
Ability to turn complex findings into clear positioning and executive insights.
Strong analytical skills with a technical aptitude to understand architectures and platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and scale WEKA’s competitive and market intelligence program and processes.
Develop deep intelligence on priority competitors across products, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Translate signals into actionable recommendations for product, GTM, and strategy.
Create battlecards, briefs, and tools to help Sales and Marketing differentiate WEKA.
Establish a field intelligence loop to capture market signals from sellers and customers.
