Job summary

Food Management Search is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities, ensuring continuity of operations.

This role also oversees CMMS, spare parts inventory, budget adherence and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will lead maintenance technicians and coordinate subcontractors to keep facilities in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong technical and analytical thinking with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Determine guidelines regarding procedures for maintenance to support production efficiently.
• Draft and manage the preventive maintenance plan to keep equipment, buildings and facilities in good shape.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns and manage smaller maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and parts inventory are up to date.
• Draw up and manage the working budget; ensure resources stay within budget.
