Job summary

Fairmont Century Plaza is seeking a Residences Manager to lead the homeowner experience from pre-move-in to post‑move‑in. You will curate bespoke services, build lasting homeowner relationships, and uphold Fairmont's luxury hospitality standards within residential operations.

You will oversee maintenance, security, concierge and amenity management, while collaborating with cross‑departmental teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent professional experience in hospitality management, business, or real estate.
• 7–10 years of progressive senior management in ultra-luxury residential or high-end hospitality operations.
• Residential experience with luxury properties or private clubs.
• Strong knowledge of LA luxury real estate market and service providers.
• Project management experience or PMP certification.
• GOvernance understanding of HOA/condo associations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Resident Journey across all phases with a proactive, empathetic approach.
• Establish and maintain Fairmont’s service standards through operations, policies and training.
• Oversee residential property operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping and amenity management.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor service performance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development for the residential team.
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets for residential operations.
