Job summary

Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles is seeking a Residences Manager to lead the homeowner experience, from pre-move-in preparations to ensuring exceptional residential living. You will curate bespoke services, build lasting relationships, and uphold Fairmont's luxury standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in ultra-luxury residential/hospitality management, strong HOA governance knowledge, and budget oversight. Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Mandarin) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive senior management experience in ultra-luxury residential properties or five‑star hospitality.
• Direct experience with luxury residential properties or serviced apartments.
• In-depth knowledge of the LA luxury real estate market and leading luxury service providers.
• Strong understanding of HOA governance and condominium association management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Journey across all phases and ensure exceptional living experiences.
• Establish and enforce legendary service standards through procedures, policies and training.
• Oversee all aspects of residential property operations and vendor management.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing residential team (Heartists).
• Prepare and analyze financial reports; oversee budgets for residential operations.
