• Assist Front of House in all aspects and ensure service standards are followed
• Provide managerial support for Front Desk and Guest Services in daily operations
• Oversee Front Office to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction
• Monitor house count and occupancy to maximize revenue
• Coordinate VIP and loyalty guest room assignments and services
• Recruit Front Office staff and conduct performance reviews
• Maintain logs of daily events and ensure security procedures
