Job summary

Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles seeks a seasoned Residences Manager to oversee the homeowner experience from pre-move-in to ongoing luxury living. You will curate bespoke services, build genuine relationships, and ensure the highest standards of residential operations align with Fairmont hospitality.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and coordinate across departments to deliver exceptional service while upholding brand integrity and guest satisfaction in a luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or real estate management, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in ultra-luxury residential or high-end hospitality leadership.
• Knowledge of HOA governance and the LA luxury real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Resident Journey across all phases.
• Establish and maintain Fairmont's service standards through procedures and training.
• Refine service delivery to meet homeowner needs and expectations.
• Cultivate relationships with homeowners and act as their primary contact for residential needs.
• Oversee residential property operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and amenity management.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor service performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Prepare and review financial reports and budgets for residential operations.
