Flightess is seeking a hands-on executive support professional blending luxury hospitality with operations for high‑touch aviation clients. You will own client preferences, milestones, gifting, catering, and help keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this hybrid role, you’ll plan thoughtful gestures, coordinate vendors, manage calendars, onboarding, and internal communications, while supporting the CEO and key projects with discretion and superb written and verbal skills.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Hospitality and client‑facing mindset with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech‑fluent and quick to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage client preferences, milestones, gifting, and catering.
• Coordinate onboarding, calendars, meetings, and internal logistics.
• Support CEO with scheduling, travel, and project follow-up.
• Improve administrative processes and vendor relationships.
