BLADE is seeking a dynamic Flier Experience Associate in New York to greet guests, check-ins, and coordinate ground transportation, delivering a premium travel experience. You will uphold brand standards, upsell services, and maintain lounge operations across Manhattan lounges.

The role requires at least two years of front desk experience in luxury settings, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years’ front desk experience in hotel, restaurant, or luxury setting.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to commute via mass transit or own transportation.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and guest service focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins and reservation updates.
• Provide information, amenities lists, and ground transport recommendations.
• Serve refreshments and maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and ensure lounge is properly stocked.
• Record guest preferences and relay to appropriate departments.
• Escort guests to aircraft or ground transport and assist with luggage.
• Maintain brand standards and upsell BLADE services where appropriate.
• Address guest requests promptly and discreetly; report issues as needed.
• Keep front desk organized and materials accessible for smooth travel.
