Flexjet LLC is seeking a Flight Coordinator to act as the central point of contact for Helicopter Flight Operations. You will manage flight scheduling, office administration, weather considerations, FAA regulations, and company policies while overseeing staff scheduling and assisting in aircraft assignments.

Competenze

• College degree preferred plus 1-3+ years of experience preferred.
• General knowledge of weather trends.
• Ability to lead a group of dispatchers and facilitate quick and concise communications at all levels.
• Able to adapt to change on a continual basis and perform responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Flight Scheduling software and Microsoft Office Applications.

• Oversee department staff scheduling and assist in approving time-off requests.
• Assist in scheduling and stacking of trips per regulations and company policy.
• Receive trip requests via email/phone with accuracy.
• Interact with customers and colleagues with professionalism.
• Provide quotes for inquiries and produce reports for departments/clients.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations and Chief Pilot on landing sites, safety, and TFRs.
• Process waivers for sporting events and manage flight schedules efficiently.
• Support crew and ground transportation arrangements as needed.
