Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and execute enterprise-wide leadership and talent development strategies. You will build scalable leadership programs, drive succession planning, and harness learning technologies to foster organizational capability and growth.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will partner with HR leaders to close capability gaps and advance leadership readiness across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/OD, Business, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, OD, or HR.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives.
• Experience designing leadership assessment & succession programs; familiarity with LMS.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals and workforce needs.
• Create scalable solutions for leadership effectiveness and organizational growth.
• Establish competency models and development pathways across levels.
• Lead leadership development programs for emerging leaders and executives.
• Manage talent review, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
