We are currently seeking a Manager of Learning and Development who will design, implement, and oversee all employee training programs to enhance workforce performance, support career development, and align with organizational goals. They will partner with leadership across all departments and with external partners and educational institutions, to assess training needs, develop learning strategies, and measure program effectiveness. As a Manager, they will manage, coordinate, and lead applicable clinical and non-clinical training placements across the agency. In addition, they will lead the overhaul of the Performance Evaluation and Goal Form, Program for all employees and management.
UCFS Hours of Operation: Open 8:00am - 7:00pm; Hours Vary By Day & Location. (We are also open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month). Expected Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
