Job summary

UCFS Healthcare seeks a Manager of Learning and Development to design, implement, and oversee training programs that improve performance and align with organizational goals. You will partner with leadership across departments and with external partners to assess needs, develop learning strategies, and measure impact.

You will lead the overhaul of performance evaluation processes and coordinate training placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Health, Education, HR, or related field.
• Five years of experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences across multiple departments.
• Three years of experience managing direct reports and driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce development initiatives to support employee growth across the agency.
• Build stakeholder committees to support UCFS trainings and provide feedback.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps via surveys, interviews, and research.
• Create microlearning experiences across the organization.
• Establish subject matter experts to support training resources.
• Oversee implementation of training programs including scheduling and promotion.
• Develop evaluation systems and train employees on performance management processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
