Job summary

Seven Counties is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Louisville, KY for a hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). The position focuses on clinical trainings and collaboration with HR and L&OD to advance learning initiatives.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a social services field and licensure, plus at least three years of clinical experience. Preference for instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical experience required.
• Experience in learning and/or training and facilitation, including design and delivery of instructor-led training (live or virtual).
• Evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and L&OD to implement clinical learning initiatives.
• Assist with clinical learning program reviews and instructor evaluations.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for the Training Institute.
• Support L&OD with program design in partnership with leaders.
• Assist with instructional design of clinical training programs.
• Deliver behavioral health trainings for external partners as needed.
• Ensure L&OD tasks align with SCS values and principles.
• Support administrative and logistical tasks for learning programs.
