Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning Measurement, Evaluation & Reporting to build the capability that demonstrates learning impact and informs business decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization and in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, or learning operations.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve learning or business operations.
• Ability to present insights to senior leaders with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration across functions such as Finance, Talent Insights, and HR/Learning technology.

Responsibilities

• Measure what matters: define standards linking learning objectives to knowledge, retention, application, behavior change, and performance.
• Turn measurement into action: use data to identify improvements and advise asset and program refinements.
• Build the Learning Operating Rhythm: establish standards, dashboards, and cadence across Cencora University.
• Steward the Learning Investment: monitor spend, document efficiencies, and inform investment decisions.
• Reimagine Learning Operations through AI & automation: automate data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Connect the Dots Across Cencora: align learning measurement with skills, talent, and workforce data.
• Lead the Team: develop a team responsible for measurement, evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
